The apartment consists of a large, open space bedroom and living area, with separate kitchen and bathroom. There is a small corner with desk and computer and an eating area with table and chairs. There are plenty of cupboards and large closets to hang clothes.

The apartment is furnished with two twin beds that can be made into a large double bed if desired. Pillows, blankets, and linens are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with two burners (no oven), a microwave, an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, a large fridge, and cooking essentials (pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc.)

A full-length sliding glass window opens onto a balcony overlooking the street.

The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, and towels are provided.
